On the Uber account, I write in-app and push notifications, and emails for consumer and B2B channels. This requires hitting tone, condensing to strict character counts, and bending copy to meet brand nuances and guidelines.

This account demands fast-paced thinking and effective communication with members of strategy, design, and copy to pinpoint audiences, refine messaging, and meet shifting client requirements. It also demands initiative, creativity, and attention to detail.

Member Days

In May 2025, Uber launched their first ever Member Days. This was a global event due to be their biggest offers and savings across their platform yet, and the ask was to communicate this with as big an energy as it deserved. A huge job with many moving parts, ever-changing promos, comms, and requirements, we delivered and we achieved.
